An airline knows that the duration of the flight from Pittsburgh to Minneapolis is uniformly distributed between 120 and 140 minutes. The flight departs at 1:00 p.m. The airline wants the probability that the flight will be late not to exceed .25. What scheduled arrival time should the airline announce?

the plane lands between 3:00 pm and 3:20 pm. They announce 3:15, hence it can be late only 25% of the time. (Early 70% and exactly on time 5%. with every minute 1-20 representing 5%) actually 21 minutes are represented so each will be slighly less then 5% so the 5 minute late span represents 23.8 %
