Are the times are priceline local?
I'm booking a flight from Spokane to Pittsburgh. It says the flight from Spokane will be leaving at 830am. Will the person have to get on the flight at 830am her time? or do I have to factor in timezones?

All times listed are local. So, for example, it's not rare for a flight to leave at 8:30, and arrive at 8:30 IF your flight leaves at 8:30a, you cannot actually board at 8:30 as the gate usually closes 10-15 minutes before so the plane can actually leave the ground at 8:30.
