No because it counts on a lot of wight and there's only 25 KG allowed on a Plane.

The first answer is false -- Delta has size restrictions on carry-on luggage, as opposed to a strict weight limit. These size limitations, as clearly shown on the page below (linked from Delta's website), indicate that this bag is technically too big to be brought onboard as a carry-on. (The maximum allowed length is 22 inches, or about an inch and a half smaller than the length of this bag.) That isn't to say that you can't do it -- carry-on size limits are often not enforced by airlines -- but don't be surprised if an agent stops you and asks you to check it.
